Reception
Welcome to Reception Class!
An exciting year of learning and fun lies ahead of us, and we look forward to being partners in your children's learning. Your child's teachers are Miss Lowe, Miss Parrin and Mrs White.
Children can be dropped off between 8.45 and 9.00 and collected between 15.20 and 15.30. Prompt drop off and collection ensures that the day runs smoothly.
Our PE session with the sports coaches is on Thursday mornings. We will begin to get changed into our PE kits after October half-term. Kits can be left in school on the children's pegs, as they come in useful when a change of clothes is required.
Snack costs £1 per week, and we are encouraging the children to independently place their snack money in the box at the start of the week.
We use the systematic, synthetic phonics programme Little Wandle in school to enable the children to become readers and writers. The documents below provide information about our curriculum and the Little Wandle programme.

October 1st and 2nd between 9.30am and 11am
October 15th and 16th between 9.30am and 11am
November 12th and 13th between 9.30am and 11am

December 11th between 9.30am and 11am
